Livingston Lures Releases The Banshee
Advanced Muskie–Pike Crankbait with Variable Weighting and Tuned Wander

SAN ANTONIO, TX — March 3rd 2026 — Livingston Lures announces the release of The Banshee, a high-performance muskie–pike crankbait designed by acclaimed musky angler and lure designer Steven Paul. Built for precision across casting and trolling applications, The Banshee combines traditional hard-thumping power with modern adjustability.

The Banshee delivers a wide wobble and deep, pulsing vibration that pulls fish from distance. Its removable weighting system allows anglers to control rise rate and pause behavior. With the weight inserted, the lure suspends with a controlled slow rise that triggers reaction strikes. Remove the weight and it transitions to a faster float for higher-speed retrieves and active fish.

A replaceable soft-plastic tail, secured with a rear screw, allows anglers to fine-tune profile, drag, and vibration.

Engineered for both casting and trolling, The Banshee features a tuned side-to-side wander under pull, a movement profile typically reserved for large wooden trolling baits. The result is a versatile, season-spanning platform built to convert followers into committed strikes.

Fully optimized for forward-facing sonar, The Banshee incorporates patented internal technology that enhances on-screen visibility and tracking at distance. The Banshee gives anglers real-time feedback on depth, cadence, and fish response.

At its core is Livingston Lures’ patented EBS™ (Electronic Baitfish Sound) Technology, replicating authentic baitfish distress signals to add a natural acoustic trigger in pressured or low-visibility conditions.
